A better approach might be a hybrid approach use a piece of 3/4 plywood as a doubler.
Mount the end of the turnbuckles through it, with nuts and a heavy flat washer. This avoids
the toggle or molly bolts which are a real weak point. Drill a hole in the floor to give clearance
to the nut and washer. Mount it with screws and glue. That should be simple, cheap and
close to bullet proof.

Gluing and screwing a doubler piece to the existing floor would be a good second choice.
If the batteries in question are truly sealed, Aluminum stock would be OK to corral them.
If you do go that route, be sure that you are gluing bare wood to bare wood not to paint.
(for good or ill I tend to think of this stuff in terms of ship board practice)

Had a new idea today. A 5/16"' toggle bolt through the floor with a turnbuckle hooked into one of the handle holes on each end of the battery. The toggle wings span about 2" so each one should hold about 200 # if the floor holds up. A little tricky to implement but should provide a 100% safety factor. I'll peen the thread on the bottom of the threaded rod so the toggle nut will not come off. Of coarse I'll safety wire the turnbuckles. The whole mess weighs less then two pounds.
