I'm going to let you worry about the weight, I know you can add....
I wonder if 165 Lbs would tear the toggle right through the plywood if
it got to dancing on a rough road. Maybe a metal plate securely glued
and screwed to the plywood and then the hardware? That way the yank
would be spread over a bigger area. Plywood isn't very strong that way
because of the thin layers of wood sandwiched ( or worse yet wood chips)
