Anybody using speech recognition instead of the keyboard for text entry?

I have played with the microsoft speech recognition program that
comes with some versions of XP and found that it does surprisingly
well. I don't use it routinely (I touch-type since high school), but
I know it works. You can speak directly into outlook or a word
 processor, and even command programs.

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306901 and various links from there.

I guess it can be downloaded from microsoft if it didn't come with
the computer. Anybody using it already?
