My roof dish croaked a couple of years ago, oddly enough I was 40 miles
from the factory! So I pulled over and got a new dish, and a local kid
climbed on the roof and installed it.

Its 12 volt, just has a button on the wall instead of the positioner.
No having to remember to lower it before travel.
Mine is installed on the roof, they also make it where you can set it
down on the ground. I prefer the roof obviously.
