[A/S] decal "ghost" outline and "gold" tarnish

Removed 4 decals from solar window panels. Used Goo be Gone to remove glue from plastic. One decal left a faint "ghost" outline of decal perimeter. Fingernail scrape does not remove it. Any ideas or products to try?

"Gold" tarnish on taillight housing, rear bumper, and grab handle by door. Mothers wax, Blue Majic and Aluminum cleaner will not remove it. No stains on trailer body leads me to believe that the organic coating was not applied to these parts. Comments? Recommendations?
