I offer this tip for what it is worth.
My Dometic refrigerator, after a year or two of not being used, refused to
produce any cold - on gas or electricity.
I had heard about "burping" it, [Tipping it over and shaking it] but was
not about to disconnect it and slide it out, and tip it over, etc.]
Meanwhile, a couple of dealers advised me that the refrigeration unit would
likely need replacing (an expensive proposition).
So, I first tried the "lazy man's burping technique."
I removed or securely stored any loose items, and then took the trailer for
a "bumpy wild ride." - Up and down steep hills, over rough roads, and rapid
acceleration and braking.
After about 20 minutes, I returned home and turned on the electricity.
Voila! It worked again. Then I lit the gas, and it continued to work.
That was several years ago, and the refrigerator is still working fine.
