Sure sounds like an iced up evaporator to me, run it on fan only for ten
minutes or so until
you get full airflow again and turn the A/C back on. If you don't want to
do a manual de-icing as described every two or three hours then you must
turn the thermostat up high enough it will cycle on its own. Make sure your
condensate drain is not plugged and has water draining out of it.
