Question, do the two fifth wheels per chance have dual AC units? If so are they running both? This could be a case of a localized momentary brownout caused by excessive loads from the neighboring rigs. Even if the two 5th wheels are on 50 amp service, typically 30 amp service is connected to one side of the 50 amp service as that is cheaper and depending on local code, legal. Really good parks have separate circuits for the 30 amp service so that 50 and 30 amp do not fight for the same capacity.
Since the problem comes and goes, that is NOT typically a problem with the AC compressor, but with the voltage supplied to the AC. Yes, a compressor that is on the verge of failing can exhibit intermittent stalling, and while yours is not that old, you don't know its history. If it had been subjected to extended low voltage conditions, it may have been damaged prior to your purchase. The RV tech can throw a volt meter and a separate ampmeter across the AC supply lines down in the breaker box and measure what it is doing while starting the compressor. It should not draw more than about 25 amps at MOST when starting and that for only for a split second. Once running, the compressor and fan combined should not draw more than about 15-18 amps and the voltage should stay well above 115 volts even while starting the compressor.

I will see if I can find that 50amp converter, but there is no Camping World in RC. I am waiting on a call about my meeting and have all the windows and vents open and the exhaust fan going to keep an airflow. It is liveable.

If the park post power is measuring 120V and you are getting 116V the problem could be a poor connection somewhere along the way. You should NOT be dropping 4 volts between the park post and the trailer wall plug.

YES, when he sticks the probes into the openings and measures he will get the full 120V, but when you plug your 30 amp plug in it may NOT make a great connection and as the load from your AC hits it, it starts to heat up and build resistance which leads to a voltage sag. Do you have access to another 30 amp post nearby. Also what about getting a 50amp to 30 amp convertor pigtail as I mentioned.
