As has been stated over & over here (and can't be stated too many times),
not only do you need to know if a tow vehicle will be able to pull your
trailer, you need to know if it can safely stop it and also control it in
adverse conditions.
Do the new SAE standards take this into account as well?
I would never tow a 10,000 pound load with a 1/2 ton truck.....
