OK, enough is enough. I, or someone like me has been sleeping on these
mattresses in my Silver Streak for the last 40 years. They are the original
"Silver Streak" mattresses and box springs, says so right on the mattress label.

Only problem is a standard single mattress and box spring is 38 inches wide, but
mine are 34 inches wide. Has anyone else faced this predicament?

I could go with a custom foam pad on top, but there is a height issue with the
foot of each bed located under cabinets and much more thickness in the overall
mattress dimension could spell trouble with the feet.

Maybe this problem is confined just to the Silver Streak and not the Avion or
Airstream but thought I would seek advise from this group. Thanks for any
suggestions or help.
