We rarely get spam on this forum because of Yahoo's excellent spam filtering and the procedure we have in place for new members before they can post a message, but occasionally one does slip through, most often spoofing a legitimate member's address as the source. When that occurs, Sandra or I get on it as quickly as possible by either banning the member (if they show as not active participating members), or putting them in a moderated status and work with them to resolve the issue.
Please do not reply to spam messages on the forum, which only exacerbates the problem. Instead, contact Sandra or me off-forum with suggestions or questions. We delete all posts made about spam from the forum without explanation.
Thanks
Jerry J
