Last I heard this is still officially in "field testing" mode but it is highly functional. If you go to plus.google.com you can try and sign up directly, but I don't think that is going to work short-term. If you want in now I'm pretty sure you need the invitation so yes, I would need an email to send you one. I can check previous Airstream List digests (that's what I subscribe to) and if I find your email I'll just send an invitation along. You can use it, or not...
