Okay, this one looks like it is well worth a closer look. Only thing I can see objectionable is the front sofa seems to have been truncated on one side instead of continuing around on the street side. Also looks like the queen bed is a modification. Other than that, $6K looks like an excellent price. I am about 4000 miles from it tho, so no good for me.
